Focus & Scope

The aim of BJFS is to disseminate and value scientific production in Forensic Sciences, Medical Law and Bioethics, exposing the new technologies and methodologies used in different situations, encouraging multidisciplinary and multiprofessional interaction in the field of these sciences.

The journal's target audience are academics, police, technical assistants, legal professionals, psychologists and everyone with interest in the Forensic field.

The Brazilian Journal of Forensic Sciences, Medical Law and Bioethics is a journal that covers all aspects of Forensic Sciences, published quarterly, committed to ethics, with the collaboration of renowned professionals to ensure that no false or misleading opinions are published. However, the content, originality and correct citation of the sources are the responsibility of the authors.
