The aim of this study was to relate six previously defined linear measurements in Computed Tomography (CT) of skulls, with the purpose of creating a logistic regression model for sexual estimation. 200 CTs from an Osteological and Tomographic Biobank were analyzed, 116 male and 84 female, aged between 22 and 100 years, with known sex and ancestry. The analysis of the CTs was carried out using the OnDemand3D™ software and the data obtained were analyzed using the IBS SPSS Statistics™ program. It was possible to obtain a logistic regression model that presented an accuracy of 79% in estimating gender. It is noteworthy that the six linear measures studied are dimorphic. It was concluded that the regression model obtained allows the estimation of sex in CTs of Brazilians and can be used together with other quantitative methodologies in the process of human identification in the centers of Forensic Physical Anthropology together with the Legal Medical and Dental Institutes and Centers for Brazilian Criminal Forensics.
